Fear and Panic
Fear and Panic
As I have said in my book one of our biggest mistakes on discovering we had been scammed was that we allowed fear and panic to overtake us. We also worried too much about what other people would think. We were overcome with “we don’t know what to do” and “if we do this how will that look to others”. For every idea we came up with it just didn’t seem possible and we were fearful of everything else that might happen if we took that particular action.
We sought help from experts however our panic still took over and as such our biggest fears did come to pass. We really were the law of attraction in action. When feeling panic and fear it is impossible to think clearly or more importantly, sanely!
This in itself has taught us many lessons, there are so many things we would do differently – ah hindsight is such a wonderful thing! Well with hindsight and our new found respect for ourselves we wouldn’t have even been in that position to start with!
So if for some reason you are not in alignment originally and somehow end up bringing yourself something where you feel anxiety, panic and fear you need to walk away from those feelings and do anything you can so as not to let them overtake you. This will enable you to keep your power and your clear thinking about what you do want from the situation.
I have listed many tools on this blog for doing just that. I am currently listening to a hypnosis audio by Don Spencer which is fabulous and really helps me to relax when I start feeling stressed, I also find it is busting some more of those limiting beliefs and I am loving it – see Don’s website here – Sleep Now
Masterchef Australia has just been fabulous this year (I love food and cooking). I love watching this show as it is so much about what goes on in peoples minds that enables them to achieve or otherwise stops them. Marion is a fantastic example of being calm, in control and maintaining a fabulous outlook and look at what she can achieve – it is incredible. Even how she approaches the challenges is amazing – it is always “this is going to be fabulous, I am so lucky” rather than “Ohhh, this looks too hard, I won’t be able to do this”.
I find Callum also is really getting there and just keeps going no matter what is thrown at him. It was so exciting to see him win the chance to visit Jamie Oliver – you could see how much he wanted it and was prepared to do anything to get that opportunity. It was also interesting to see how others around him weren’t up to their normal standards. More evidence of that law of attraction in action!
So best of luck to you today – relax, take it easy and have fun doing whatever it is you have to do so that soon you will only be doing what you love to do!
